Scope

This policy explains how Parden LLC handles information when you visit or use Pitcher's Digest and Hitter's Digest, including the reporting application, customer support, and subscription billing features.

Information we collect

• Account information: name, email address, organization, job title, authentication records, and account roles.
• Baseball and reporting data: TrackMan files, game and player information, report selections, generated reports, and related metadata submitted or authorized by your organization.
• Connection information: TrackMan connection details and credentials needed to perform requested imports. Supported credentials are protected in storage and are not displayed back in plain text.
• Billing information: Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, selected price, subscription status, renewal information, and transaction-related events. Stripe processes payment-card details; Parden LLC does not receive or store your full card number.
• Usage and technical information: request logs, timestamps, device or browser information, error details, security events, and feature activity needed to operate and protect the service.
• Communications: messages and information you provide when requesting customer support.

How we use information

We use information to provide imports and reports, authenticate users, process and manage subscriptions, store and deliver requested report files, answer support requests, maintain security, diagnose failures, improve reliability, comply with law, and enforce our terms.

How information is shared

We share information only as needed with service providers that support payment processing, application hosting, databases, file storage, email delivery, security, and customer support. Stripe receives information needed to host Checkout and the Customer Portal and to process subscription payments. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

We do not sell personal information for money.

Player data and younger athletes

Accounts are intended for adults and authorized representatives of baseball organizations. The service may process player-performance information supplied by an authorized account holder, including information relating to younger athletes. The account holder is responsible for having the authority and any required consent to submit and use that information.

Retention

We retain account, subscription, operational, and report information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, meet contractual or legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, and preserve business records. Retention periods vary by data type and context.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we process. Payments are handled through Stripe-hosted pages. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so customers should use unique passwords and protect their account and source-system credentials.

Your choices

You may update account information, manage billing through Stripe's Customer Portal, request support, or ask about access, correction, or deletion of personal information. Some records may be retained where legally required or necessary for security, fraud prevention, billing, or dispute resolution.

Cookies and similar technology

The application uses cookies and related browser storage needed for authentication, security, preferences, and core site operation. We do not use these technologies to store full payment-card details.

Policy changes

We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes may also be communicated through the application or by email.
